Most customers that we have sold furniture or any high ticket item to tend to have the following concerns: 

 ("Is it as good as I say?", "How do I know?") and ("I've never bought this way before")

We want you to feel very comfortable if you buy from this web site. 
We want to assure the quality of the furniture, other items, and reputation of JDM Designs Inc.

We have organized the following to attempt to do this:

  1. We have operated, sold and shipped furniture to many of satisfied customers throughout the United States. Contact me by phone at 1-800-213-0647, use PIN 01, and I will answer questions, give you customers that have purchased from me. I will provide you with either their phone number or e-mail addresses so that you may communicate with them directly.  They can show you some of the furniture I have been featuring now.

  2. I could take a video of any item, preferably the Dining Room and Bedroom Sets. I can take video from any angle (Inside, Outside, Behind or Underneath if needed) to show you the construction and quality of the furniture. 

  3. We  can arrange for a sample of the furniture to be shipped to you to show the quality of  the finish, construction, and the hand carving. If you desire it can be shipped in stages. For example, if you had an interest in the dining set, we could ship the table and chairs first, china cabinet and sideboard to follow.

  4. We accept all major credit cards and we are listed with the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta under John Mechwart and JDM Designs. If we put the sale on credit we may have to run it through one of my companies.

  5. We will  warrantee all furniture against manufacture defects for 1 year. Repair or replace at my expense.

  6. Let me know what would make you comfortable.
